Narine Avakian is a conceptual designer who interrelates her background in the digital, fine and performing arts disciplines in order to create dynamic solutions to visual stalemates. She admires the field of visual communications for its powerful propensity to completely halt human responsiveness or vivaciously flirt with observational consciousness and awareness.
Throughout the years, Avakian has immersed herself into the world of not just graphic design, but also in theatrical productions, whether as an actor, director or a set designer. With more than 20 successful years of experience on and off stage, she has learned how to appeal to target audiences, effortlessly carry their attention and deliver a calculated message that lands precisely where it should.
In 2017, Narine founded AVAKIAN Design Studio and continues to practice with a multidisciplinary approach to design.
