The Rulebook was developed for new studio employees as a call to emphasize that the best tool they have in their toolbox of various skills is themselves rather than a multitude of computer programs. Both the book and the complementary poster contain a small reflective surface to serve as a mirror while the readers are unexpectedly welcomed by the concept of self-actualization. 
Posters were placed all over campus to draw students in with curiosity and deliver the overarching message of the campaign as they peaked closely into the small mirror found on the posters. 
Studio Rule Book created with the same reflective mirror to act as a cohesive bond between the two elements supporting the concept.
